Tremalzo

The climb to Monte Tremalzo is a must for any cycling enthusiast. The climb can be made along a completely surfaced local road, which starts out from Lago d’Ampola and leads to the mountain pass. Otherwise there are a number of trails to choose from, surfaced part in concrete, part paved in stone, which lead from the valley to the military road which was built by Italian troops during the First World War and which runs along the whole southern side of the Valle di Ledro. Other options are the climbs from Prè-Leano to the Passo Guil, and from Molina towards the Passo Nota.
