The largest lake in Italy, the colours and scents of the Mediterranean, constant winds, natural sport infrastructure of the highest level, with over 900 km of hiking and cycle trails, an incredible range in altitude from 60 to over 2,000 metres above sea level. This is Garda Trentino, the northernmost part of lake Garda at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites and Monte Baldo, in the North of Italy.
The area around Riva del Garda, Arco, Nago-Torbole, Tenno, Dro and Drena is an immense outdoor training ground where, within a 15 km radius and all year round, it is possible to try every kind of outdoor activities and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the stunning natural surroundings.
The little jewel-like lake is characterized by its iridescent colour. It has been declared the cleanest Alpine lake in Italy and bathing is allowed.

A rare example of glacial enormous cavities, that because of their form remind of huge cooking pots. According to the tradition, they were used by the giants to quench their thirst. This explains the origin of their name, which means Giant's pots.
Discover the striking caves of oolitic stone, used by sculptors and builders in the 19th century.Then follow the trenches trail (Percorso delle trincee): you can admire the beautiful landscape from a little known place among the World War I's evidences.
A lovely trail across the olive trees. From the Parco Arciducale you reach a panoramic path, that touches on some points the Rilke Promenade.
A big park surrounded by greenery and equipped with a restaurant and a pic nic area. The main attraction are the Bike Park, where you can try BMX and Trial, and the Adventure Park for the children.

In spite of its name, the origins of the Roman bridge are unknown. Don't miss this symbol of the Garda area.
A trail of incomparable beauty audaciously cut into the side of Monte Rocchetta and inaugurated in 1851 to join Riva del Garda, Pregasina and Ledro Valley. Along the route, in the mountain, there are Austrian fortifications, among which the most famous is the Tagliata del Ponale.

Frapporta is an ancient settlement, beneath the castle of Tenno, which it is possible to enter only through the old arched gate. Wander along the street and just feel the medieval atmosphere.
Built by Venetians, the Bastione is one of the symbols of Riva del Garda. It can be reached along an easy path surrounded by greenery.
This Counts of Arco's settlement inspired several artists, e.g. Drer. Now as then it is one of the most important symbols of Arco, visible wherever you are.
This alpine hut, which was once a heremitage, takes its name from the little church nearby. The building seems to have medieval origins. Nowaday it represenhts one of the most traditionally spot where residents like to go to relax.
The castle belonged for centuries to the Counts of Arco until 1703 when General Vendme burned it. Perched on the top of the hill, it dominates the valley and the road, it features an open tower (25 m).
